Craig is a good friend of the ShooFlyDesign partners. An avid movie fan, he put together this website to keep track of the movies he thought his friends should see, and vice versa. One thing led to another, and the site has exploded to what it is today.
We offered to convert Craig's site from a collection of messy UNIX shell scripts to a faster, database-driven architecture based on valid markup and styles. The site creates automatic links from members' movie lists to the Internet Movie Database, allows members to post comments on their choices, and lets Craig easily add new members and approve their entries.
Craig's Great Movie List is quite popular, receiving thousands of hits every month. It's fast, clean (in design at least), and fun.
